Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals , while also handling HR processes using Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and other HR software . Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms . Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate offer negotiations. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. HR Operations & Employee Engagement: Maintain and update employee records in Zoho People, BambooHR, Darwinbox, or Keka . Manage attendance, leave policies, and payroll coordination using HRMS tools like Zoho People, GreytHR, and SAP SuccessFactors . Handle employee grievances and ensure workplace compliance. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and training programs. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation of employee performance, contracts, and HR policies. Requirements Bacheloror Masterdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment. Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, and SAP SuccessFactors . Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and others . Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
