Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 2. Employee Engagement & Relations Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs. Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner. Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention. 3. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. 4. Vendor Management Ensure timely payment processing and maintain vendor agreements. 5. Petty Cash Management Manage and track petty cash expenses related to HR activities (employee welfare, office supplies, event organization, etc.). Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of petty cash transactions. Maintain records of disbursements and report discrepancies, if any.
