Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR analytics, employer branding, and process documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions. Assist in modeling the HR dashboard using PowerBI/Tableau/Excel. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, updating policies, and maintaining HR files. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Provide general support to the HR team and other departments as required. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
