Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analysing information; recommending courses of action. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Shared Across Functionally Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analysing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
