Job description About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Lead to lead our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts while also managing essential HR operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex HR operations challenges. Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (60%): Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all departments. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Employer Branding: Enhance and promote SupplyNote's employer brand to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to build a strong candidate pipeline. Interview Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient and effective interview processes to assess candidate skills and cultural fit. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners. HR Operations & Employee Relations (40%): Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the performance management process. Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data. Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies. Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
