Position : HR Manager Experience : 10-15 years Industry : Automotive Manufacturing Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, a deep understanding of compliance, labor laws, and the Factories Act, as well as proven experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a strategic mindset to align HR practices with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities : Employee Lifecycle Management : Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and exit formalities. Implement robust employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. Compliance & Legal Adherence : Ensure the organization complies with all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other statutory regulations. Conduct periodic audits and liaison with government authorities to address legal requirements effectively. Policy Development & Implementation : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal standards. Establish fair and transparent performance management and appraisal systems. Labor Relations Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions to ensure a harmonious working environment. Address grievances effectively and resolve conflicts while maintaining compliance with applicable laws. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with business goals. Lead workforce planning initiatives to meet current and future operational requirements. Training & Development : Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Drive leadership development programs to build future leaders for the organization. HR Operations : Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures in collaboration with finance teams. Optimize HR processes using technology and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Desired Skills & Qualifications : Education : MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Experience : 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the automotive manufacturing sector. Strong expertise in compliance, labor laws, and the Factories Act. Skills : Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage diverse teams and drive organizational change effectively. Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
