Rain Cements, a thirty-nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager for the Greenfield Cement Plant at Adilabad location, Telangana to oversee and manage all human resources activities at our Greenfield Cement Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the plant is staffed with qualified and motivated personnel. Responsibilities Liaising with all statutory bodies for Greenfield plant setup Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Implement health, safety, and wellness programs for employees Administer performance management systems and employee development programs. Maintain compensation and benefits programs. Assess training needs and coordinate training initiatives. Provide HR guidance and support to plant management. Requirements MBA (HR)/MHRM from a reputed University. Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
