About Us Eduinfo International is a leading study abroad consultancy and educational institution in Mala, Thrissur. We're seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. ( We prefer only experienced candidates in study abroad field ) Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment, job postings, interviews, and onboarding. 3. Employee Relations: Foster positive relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts. 4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems. 5. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans. 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 7. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs. 8. Employee Communications: Communicate HR-related information to employees. 9. HR Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics. 10. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the HR budget. Requirements 1. Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Experience: At least 2 years - maximum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the study abroad industry. 3. Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications. 4. Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Proficient in HR software, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration. 5.
