Role & responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the University Manages talent acquisition & selection process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of Teaching faculty/doctors and other staff Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance Maintain Compensation and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to leadership and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Handles disciplinary and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning Preferred candidate profile Masters degree (Human Resources) or 8+ years’ experience in Medical Colleges/Large chain of hospitals. Strong in written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Knowledge of talent acquisition compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, HR Operations Read & Speak – Telugu Language is desirable
