Job Description: - To Lead the talent acquisition vertical & develop the recruiting strategy To do bulk hiring for technical & non-technical profiles. Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, pre-screen, schedule, background, references, offer, on boarding, etc.). To Maintain the database of candidate records, including active and passive, hired reports Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications To close the vacant position as per given deadlines As directed by the Management Required Skills: - MBA HR preferred. Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist Excellent communication and team management skills. Self-motivated with a high energy level and ability to adapt to new situations. Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment tools Great interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in the use of social media for sourcing the Right candidate
