Job Description

Overview PENNEP is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Manager for its client, with a focus on managing payroll functions. This role integrates HR generalist duties with payroll responsibilities to ensure seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and enhanced employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have expertise in payroll systems, labour laws, and HR best practices. Responsibilities Oversee the onboarding process, including new hire documentation and orientation. Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and organisational requirements. Assist in managing employee benefits, including enrollment and updates. Provided support in recruitment processes, including job posting and interview scheduling. Address employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and activities. Process and manage the company’s payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax information. Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain and update HR databases and systems accurately. Required Qualification skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in payroll processing and HR generalist functions. Proficiency in payroll systems and HR management tools. Strong understanding of labour laws and payroll compliance regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
