Job Description: Manager/Senior Manager HR (Leadership Role)-Kestone Global Title: Manager/Senior Manager – HR Location: Bangalore Reports to: President Industry: Events, Advertising, and Media Purpose of the Role: As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and driving the HR function to build a high-performing, engaged, and motivated workforce. This is a strategic role that requires partnering with business leaders to address people challenges, foster a positive work culture, and implement best-in-class HR practices. Your contributions will directly impact Kestone’s growth and success in the dynamic events, advertising, and media industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success. Partner with business leaders to understand people's challenges and provide solutions that enhance team performance and engagement. Lead organization-wide HR initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Employee Experience & Engagement: Design and implement programs to create a delightful employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing development. Drive initiatives such as rewards & recognition, learning & development, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture. Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet the organization’s talent needs. Focus on attracting and retaining top talent in the competitive events, advertising, and media industry. HR Operations & Policy Development: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry standards and organizational goals. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and groom the HR team to deliver exceptional results. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the HR function. Employee Communication & Conflict Resolution: Drive internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment. Act as a trusted advisor to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns effectively. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Experience: 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the events, advertising, or media industry, with a proven track record of managing 100+ employees across multiple locations. International exposure is a plus.
