Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and separation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to payroll processing, leave management, salary processing, and other generalistic activities. Provide administrative support for corporate HR initiatives like talent acquisition strategies and organizational restructuring plans. Maintain accurate records of employee data using ERP systems or other relevant tools. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in an HR Operations role within BPO/Call Centre industry. Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including Payroll Management, Leave Management, Salary Processing etc. . Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel; knowledge of ERPs like SAP preferred. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with any specialization.
