Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with over 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds. Handle recruitment for both IT roles (e.g., developers, testers, system admins) and Non-IT roles (e.g., HR, finance, operations, sales). Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in both IT and Non-IT hiring. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment is a plus. Exposure to HR operations or generalist activities is an advantage.
