Job Title: HR Recruiter IT & Non-IT Experience: 0 to 2 years Location: Domlur Layout, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Department: Talent Acquisition / HR Working Days: Monday to Friday Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles across various departments. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to grow in the HR domain while gaining hands-on experience in technical and non-technical hiring. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and develop job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers. Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Follow up with candidates during the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with team members to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0 - 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT sectors). Familiarity with sourcing techniques using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
