Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, headhunting, and referrals to fill open positions. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and other selection activities to ensure the best fit for each role. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment). Strong understanding of End-To-End Recruitment processes including Job Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing & Salary Negotiation. Proficiency in using various job portals like Naukri.com etc. for sourcing candidates. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
