Job Title: HR Recruitment Manager Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Department: Human Resources Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment function, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage recruitment activities efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee Hiring Requirements: Monitor and manage open positions, ensuring timely response and adequate staffing levels. Conduct Turn Around Time (TAT) checks on hiring requirements to optimize recruitment timelines. 2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. 3. Candidate Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate tracking of candidate data and oversee the recruitment team's activities to maintain data integrity. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. 4. Training of New Resources: Develop and deliver training programs for new team members to ensure they understand recruitment processes, tools, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to enhance team performance and growth. 5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the recruitment team; allocate resources effectively based on hiring needs. Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and brainstorm innovative recruitment strategies. 6. Reporting and Updates to Leadership: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and upcoming requirements. Analyze trends and provide recommendations based on recruitment performance data. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. Hands-on experience with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Tool/s 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
