Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national labour laws, including maintaining necessary documentation and liaising with regulatory bodies. Qualifications: 7-9 years of experience in HR domain with Labour welfare as specialisation, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and employee welfare regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
