Job Description

Responsibilities: Employee Welfare Initiatives: Design and implement programs that promote employee well-being, including health and safety measures, recreational activities, and support services. Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national labour laws, including maintaining necessary documentation and liaising with regulatory bodies. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, facilitating resolutions and promoting a harmonious work environment.Talent.com+1Talent.com+1 Training and Development: Organize workshops and training sessions to educate employees about their rights, safety protocols, and company policies. Qualifications: 7-9 years of experience in HR domain with Labour welfare as specialisation, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and employee welfare regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
