Role & responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation. Support performance management and training programs. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
