Role Overview You’ll build and run our HR function end-to-end—recruitment, payroll & benefits administration, labour-law compliance, training, grievance handling, employee relations and performance management—so our workforce stays motivated, safe and high-performing. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end hiring (shop-floor and office staff) and onboarding processes Manage monthly payroll, leaves, attendance & statutory filings (PF, ESI, etc.) Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory act and safety regulations Develop and deliver training sessions (skill-up, safety, soft skills) Handle employee relations: grievances, disciplinary actions and exit processes Maintain HR records, issue appointment letters/contracts and manage shifts/rosters Partner with management on compensation reviews, bonus disbursal and HR policy updates Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
