Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at Citadel Sarovar Portico Race Course Bengaluru. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, executing HR management tasks, and supporting the training and development of staff members. Day-to-day tasks include employee onboarding, managing employee records, handling HR-related inquiries, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with employee development programs.
