If you enjoy finding exceptional talent and building high-performing teams, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Lead sourcing and outreach efforts across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms. Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from identifying hiring needs to screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position Cube as a top startup destination for talent. Additional HR Operations Support: Assist in maintaining employee records, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination. Provide support for performance management processes in collaboration with the HR team. Respond to employee queries, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in end-to-end recruitment is a must; exposure to other HR functions is a bonus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging top talent. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a startup setting. Organized, proactive, and passionate about people and hiring.
