Job Description

Vector’s organizational culture As an organization, Vector operates a little differently. We have never downsized in our 2 decade history. We believe in hiringright and then not giving up on our employees. Vector also operates as a pure meritocracy where the most major constraint for your growth is you. We strive to have a stress-free, continuous learning environment where there are no individual targets. The success of projects and the company is everyone’s responsibility. We call this the Vector way, and the entire firm is invested in upholding this way of operating. These principles of trust, win-win and mutual growth helped attract as well as retain some of the best MBA graduates fromacross the country.
