Job Description

Our People team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy, and this role is instrumental in being an enabler of this environment.You’ll help to develop a high-performance organization, building out our brand and taking a data-driven approach to making sure Eleve is an exceptional place to work.You will drive and implement culture initiatives, Learning & Development, and people programs, while always working to improve the Employee Experience, and be a business partner to the Leadership team. You will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical HR expertise, acting as the ‘go to’ person on all complex people-related issues. There are 5 key areas that the People Partner will be mostly focused: People Support - Continuing the many good things that we have in place that makes our culture great and ensuring that we continue to have strong cultural values as we expand, such as well-being initiatives.Employee Engagement - Putting in place and executing the right processes, solutions, policies and expectations across the company to support high performance including development and supervision of our programs.Learning & Development - Working with the Business Partners to create and deliver the L&D strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop effective training programs. Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including instructor-led training, eLearning, and other training methods as appropriate. Facilitate learning sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually. Develop training materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides,and other training resources. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other evaluation methods, and make recommendations for program improvements.Employee Relations – Developing, drafting and implementing the standards, procedures and policies that solidify the foundations of our modern-day work environment.Operational Execution – Managing and executing processes and consultation with leaders for company-wide People programs and initiatives (e.g., performance management, salary review, workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, and special projects) Who You Are (I.e Requirements – Both Essential And Desirable.) You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a People function as HR Business Partner or L&D Partner or similar position in a fast-paced organization with sound People experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and training delivery methods. Experience with eLearning development tools, classroom training, blended learning and learning management systems.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisionsYou have a proven track record of partnering with senior managers in a fast-paced environment and experience working across international markets and multi-site organizations.You are fiercely data-driven, approachable and the calm one amongst the storm, professional, and an excellent communicator.You have a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, as well as a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including thorough knowledge of employment law. You have demonstrable experience in adapting and innovating HR practices and solutions (organizational design, onboarding/offboarding, coaching/development, employee experience/satisfaction, performance management, etc.) and sizing them to the needs of a fluid, fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
