Job Title: Cognitive HR Delivery Lead Location: Bangalore/Mumbai Experience Required: 11 to 22 Years Language Requirement: English (Fluent) Reports To: HRO – Global Delivery Lead About Latinum: Latinum is seeking a seasoned and visionary Cognitive HR Delivery Lead for one of its esteemed clients. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale global HR operations and driving strategic transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR service delivery, implementing next-gen cognitive solutions, and steering the business towards improved performance and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance Administration. Drive the execution of HR operational strategy and ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple geographies. Provide strong leadership and governance to shared services programs, ensuring business outcomes, compliance, process excellence, and customer satisfaction. Manage 3–5 client accounts across global regions, ensuring P&L accountability (Revenue & Margin). Champion the transformation journey for clients by introducing cognitive operations through Robotics, Analytics, AI, and Agentic AI. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business process improvements that simplify operations, reduce costs, and elevate the employee experience. Oversee staffing programs to ensure timely onboarding, training, and availability of the right skill sets. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and resolve delivery challenges effectively. Maintain strong client relationships, supporting pre-sales activities, transitions, and long-term growth. Required Skills & Experience: Domain Expertise: Proven experience in global HR BPS delivery and transformation, with exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, FMCG, Retail, and Energy & Resources. Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite Expertise in global HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM) Familiarity with ERP systems and automation platforms Leadership & Client Management: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse global teams Strategic thinking and risk management capabilities Desirable: Experience in HR Tech implementation or program management In-depth knowledge of pre-sales and transition methodologies Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and time management skills Key Success Metrics: Delivery of efficient, accurate, and scalable HR shared services to global clients Achievement of strategic and visionary business goals for clients Smooth implementation of cognitive automation tools and practices High client satisfaction and account growth through trusted partnerships Why Join?
