Job Title: Human Resources Director Company: Automotive Part Manufacturer Location: Bangalore, India Overview: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to lead the HR function at our automotive part manufacturing company based in Bangalore. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and promote a positive organizational culture. This role requires a strong leader who can drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for various roles within the organization. Develop effective onboarding programs and talent management strategies. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies, conflict resolution, and proactive communication. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and collaborate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for employees. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and company objectives. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and provide insights to senior management on HR-related issues and trends. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role in the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or related sectors. Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
