Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Executive to participate in our human resources efforts. The HR Executive will participate in all HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, payroll management, and talent development and ecompliance. Your role will be crucial in building a culture that fosters creativity and collaboration while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the digital marketing industry. Maintain a database of candidates and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and ensure they meet both technical requirements and cultural fit. Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions. Conduct reference and background checks to verify candidate credentials. HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee management, record-keeping, and benefits administration. Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and manage conflict resolution. Oversee basic HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee data, tracking attendance, and managing leave. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, updating policies as needed. Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes using GreytHR HRMS, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements. Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing, salary disbursals, and follow-ups on any discrepancies. Handle compliance filings related to payroll and maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes. Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory compliances such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions. Coordinate compliance filings, ensuring all submissions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) are completed before the due dates. Collaborate with the payroll consultant to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and address any regulatory issues. Maintain records for compliance audits and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field 2+ years of experience in Talent acquisition & Payroll. Experience in the digital marketing industry is highly preferred Knowledge of video editing, graphic designing, digital marketing, and YouTube content creation is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with industry associations and recruitment agencies Experience in managing performance and conducting investigations into employee complaints We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
