Job Title: Human Resources-Executive Location: Nashik, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level (1–3 years) Industry: Manufacturing Salary: 300000 LPA Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting initial HR inductions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Policy Implementation: Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Training Coordination: Support the organization of training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking employee participation. Employee Engagement: Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing HR documentation. Qualifications Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Admin Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
