Hi Candidates, We are Hiring for HR Executive at IVF Centre Location: Noida Shift: morning general shift Experience: 2-4 yr Preference: Female Interview: Walk in interview Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive: 1. *Recruitment and Selection*: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes. - Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements. - Conduct background and reference checks. 2. *Onboarding and Induction*: - Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation. - Introduce employees to company policies, culture, and teams. - Set up HRIS/ATS profiles and ensure smooth integration. 3. *Employee Relations*: - Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts. - Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. 4. *Payroll and Benefits Administration*: - Process payroll, ensuring accurate salary disbursements. - Manage employee benefits like health insurance, PF, and ESIC. - Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and overtime. 5. *Compliance and Record-Keeping*: - Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., EPF, ESIC, gratuity). - Maintain employee records, including contracts and personal details. - Prepare HR reports and ensure audit readiness. 6. *Training and Development*: - Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. - Support performance appraisals and career growth initiatives. - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. 7. *Policy Implementation*: - Update and communicate HR policies to employees. - Ensure compliance with company rules and legal standards. - Assist in drafting employee handbooks or codes of conduct.
