Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Executive with a strong legal and HR background to join our global team. This role focuses on employment contract drafting, performance management, and employee engagement across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will ensure that employment agreements align with international labor laws and company policies, oversee global employee evaluations, and draft performance-based contracts to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities 1. Employment Contracts & HR Documentation Draft, update, and maintain employment contract templates in compliance with global labor laws and company policies. Develop and standardize contract templates for various employment scenarios, including full-time, part-time, and contract-based roles in multiple countries. Ensure all HR-related documents adhere to local compliance requirements across jurisdictions. 2. Global Employee Performance Management Audit and optimize the current employee performance evaluation framework to ensure alignment with organizational goals in different markets. Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks customized for various employment types (full-time, part-time, contract, remote, and hybrid). Update and modernize performance review processes to consider employee tenure, contributions, and learning within the company. Draft promotion offers with clear performance targets and structured growth trajectories. Collaborate with team leaders, department heads, and management worldwide to establish fair and motivating performance evaluation systems. 3. Employee Engagement & Retention Develop and execute HR initiatives focused on employee motivation, engagement, and retention across multiple countries. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement trends across diverse cultural and geographical work environments. Establish career development, upskilling, and mentorship programs for employees globally. Act as a liaison between global management teams and employees to maintain a transparent and inclusive work environment. Facilitate continuous performance improvement discussions and create personalized development plans for employees. 4. Compliance & Global HR Policy Development Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices in key markets, including the United States, EU, UK, India, South Africa, Mexico, the Philippines, and Guyana. Develop HR policies that align with local legal requirements and global company standards. If required, hire and coordinate with HR auditors and assist in HR audits and compliance reporting for various jurisdictions. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Law (preferred) and a Postgraduate degree/certification in HR Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on global legal documentation, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. Strong contract drafting skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance across multiple regions. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies in key markets (United States, EU, UK, South Africa, Mexico, the Philippines, Guyana, and India). Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with a global workforce. Ability to work remotely with occasional international travel to company hubs. Why Join Us?
