Job Description: 3 months internship for Junior HR Executive (Generalist 65% + Recruitment 35%). Could be absorbed for a full-time role after that depending on performance. This position would be the right fit for someone who has interest in being much more than just an HR. Work From Office - Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Non-negotiable Skills:Smart, intelligent candidate with deep interest in HR along with empathy towards the employees as well as the business. MBA in HR, proficiency in 360-degree Recruitment & experience using platforms like Naukri etc. preferred. Trainable & eager to learn. Does not repeat the same mistake twice. Excellent communication skills including e-mail writing skills, impeccable grammar, presentation & dressing sense, persuasion & negotiation skills required in working with guests, vendors, co-workers & the ability to communicate effectively & remain calm & courteous under pressure. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent suggestion skills, judgment & work ethics. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, most importantly advanced Excel skills & advanced PowerPoint. Understands the importance of confidentiality & safeguarding of information. Role Description: The HR Executive will manage the office process from sourcing to new joining formalities, including preparation of Offer / Appointment / Exit letters, salary break up, and other official letters as well as explaining the same to employees. The HR Executive should have a high level of communication skills & should be capable of conducting Induction / Orientation / Data Security, POSH & other official policy trainings to the organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring the payroll, salary, leave records, PF, Gratuity, other legal & labour compliances & other similar data is provided to our consultants on time & accurately. The HR Executive should be capable of independently handling all incoming & outgoing communications, emails, Placement Drives etc. ensuring least involvement is needed from the management. (after training). The HR Executive should be capable of independently interacting with employees and conducting grievance resolution meetings as and when necessary. (after training). The HR Executive should be capable of independently talking to Engineering Colleges all over India to fix up Campus Placements as well as travel to colleges & head recruitment drives along with the CEO. Job Timings: Full Time Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM + 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
