Job Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, junior-level position at Redcliffe Labs, located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Roles And Responsibilities Coordinate the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company. Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and other employment documents. Maintain accurate records of employee information in the HRIS system and update as necessary. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and general operations. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist in organising employee engagement activities to promote a healthy and productive workplace. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.
