Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Trainee to support HR data management, reporting, and analytics. The role involves maintaining HR dashboards, generating reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and HRBP support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update HR MIS, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, etc.). Ensure HR data accuracy and timely reporting. Support HRBP operations by managing employee records, compliance, and documentation. Assist in HR analytics, deriving insights for decision-making. Coordinate with teams for HR audits, HR systems management, and process improvements. Support in HR projects such as diversity & inclusion, learning & development, and culture-building initiatives. Assist in organizing HR events, town halls, and engagement activities. Who Can Apply: MBA/PGDM in HR Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics skills. Good communication and attention to detail.
