🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Executive (US Shift) | Hyderabad | Work from Office | 5–8 Years Experience 🚨 Solveify Tech is looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 5–8 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles , preferably with exposure to global or night shift teams . If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating a meaningful employee experience, we want to hear from you! 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🕒 Shift Timing: 3 PM – 12 AM IST (US Business Hours) 🏢 Mode: Work from Office About the Role: You’ll support our Customer Success team operating during US hours, blending strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution. This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a direct impact on employee engagement, development, and overall team culture. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Strategic HR Partnership • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Customer Success team • Collaborate with leadership on workforce strategies • Facilitate regular team check-ins and feedback loops 🔹 Talent Management & Development • Support performance management and career growth initiatives • Work with L&D to identify and close skill gaps • Drive internal mobility and development conversations 🔹 Employee Engagement & Experience • Design engagement programs for night shift employees • Lead satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-based action plans • Address shift-related concerns like fatigue and work-life balance 🔹 Core HR Operations • Oversee onboarding, BGVs, documentation, and compliance • Ensure accuracy in employee data, attendance, and HRIS updates 🔹 Employee Relations & Policy Governance • Resolve grievances and handle disciplinary issues confidentially • Maintain policy consistency and promote a positive workplace culture 🔹 Workforce Planning & Analytics • Partner with TA on hiring forecasts • Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement Qualifications: ✔ 5–8 years in HRBP or Generalist roles, with night shift/global team exposure ✔ Strong experience in HR operations and employee relations ✔ Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance ✔ Proficient in HRIS systems, Excel, and reporting tools ✔ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills ✔ MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred ✔ Willingness to work 3 PM – 12 AM (US shift) from our Hyderabad office Ready to shape the employee experience at Solveify Tech?
