About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins. 2. Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidate's technical skills and competencies, and assess candidate's ability to fit the work environment. 3. Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement. 4. Maintains organization staff by developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, verifying, interviewing, and recruiting candidates. 5. Monitoring and disciplining employees, conducting exit interviews, and recommending changes. 6. Maintaining employee records, and preparing staff handbooks. 7. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment 8. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and complies with company requirement 9. Schedule meetings. Coordinate office activities. 10. Ability to research, and understand the business process excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates and employees. 11. Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
