About the job: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Polstrat Communication Private Limited. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. Your proficiency in MS-Excel and excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) will be key assets in this role. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. 2. Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries. 3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. 4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees for continuous improvement. 5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. 6. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security. 7. Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
