Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions. Help with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in performance management activities, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs and employee engagement surveys. Utilize MS-Office tools, particularly MS-Word and MS-Excel, to create reports and presentations to communicate HR data effectively.
