As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, driven HR Intern to join our team and help build the next generation of finance talent . What You’ll Work On Recruitment Operations Assist in end-to-end recruitment efforts: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews Coordinate directly with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and university portals Talent Mapping & Outreach Proactively identify and connect with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other networks Help build a pipeline for sales, tech, investment, and operations roles Maintain and update our recruitment tracker and candidate database Candidate Experience Ensure timely communication with all applicants Help coordinate assessments, pre-joining formalities, and offer rollouts Be the friendly, professional face of 9Point Capital during the hiring journey Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or Master’s in HR, Psychology, or Business Passionate about people, systems, and structured hiring Highly organized, excellent at multitasking, and a strong communicator Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment What You’ll Gain Hands-on exposure to hiring in a premium financial services firm Learn how recruitment works in regulated finance + fintech Mentorship from seasoned HR and business leaders A certificate of internship + letter of recommendation based on performance Opportunity for full-time conversion for exceptional performers If you’re serious about building a career in HR and want to learn the real mechanics of people and process in a fast-growing investment firm — we’d love to hear from you.
