Key Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events etc. - Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates. - Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. - Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree (Human resources preferred) - Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in HR and recruitment, with a willingness to learn andgrowin the role.
