Digital Friend believes in developing a multi-channel strategy that is paramount to online success. We offer the expertly crafted mayhem needed to take the client brand's online presence to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Support on-boarding and induction processes for new employees.Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Support daily HR operations, including documentation, compliance, and HR systems management.Help in creating HR policies, manuals, and SOPs where needed.Coordinate internal communications related to HR initiatives.Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
