(Visit our website to know more about us) Role Description: The Intern will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and management, and policy implementation. This role requires a proactive individual with organizational skills to support our growing startup and ensure smooth HR operations. Day to day responsibilities would include but not limited to: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring talents from top universities and colleges of India. Coordinate with hiring managers and placement coordinators of the colleges to meet hiring goals. Find and source the right candidates through various job portals like LinkedIn, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. 2. Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner. 3. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes. Work with managers to establish performance goals and provide support for employee development. 4. HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. 5. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related issues. Manage employee benefits programs and handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits. Qualifications: Previous experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management is a plus. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus. Experience in payroll processing is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must. Ability to work remotely and independently.
