Job description & requirements We are looking for a few Human Resource Interns to join our team in Kottayam. This is a 3-month unpaid internship opportunity, ideal for MBA-HR students or freshers seeking hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Candidates must be willing to work from our Kottayam office. Internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion. Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (Completed or pursuing final semester) Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, calling, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Help in drafting HR policies and documents. Assist in organizing HR-related events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions. Coordinate with various departments to gather HR-related information. Handle general HR administrative tasks and office documentation. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational practices.
