Position Overview : Khao Aur Khane Do is a rapidly growing quick-service restaurant brand committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality food and outstanding service. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager from the Food & Beverage Industry Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the F&B industry. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the hiring process. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Onboarding & Training : Design and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to the F&B sector. Coordinate and deliver training sessions to foster employee development and compliance with industry standards. Ensure that new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and operational protocols. Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, promoting a positive work environment. Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Compliance & Policy Management : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Performance Management : Lead performance review processes, including the development and implementation of performance metrics tailored to F&B operations. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits : Oversee payroll management of all employees Administer and manage compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness within the F&B market. Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the Food & Beverage industry. Work Experience Required : - 3 years Qualification : - MBA in HR
