The role demands a strong knowledge in strategizing, HR policies, talent management and legal compliances. Ensuring the company remains competitive and attractive to the top talents and retains them. Job Responsibilities: Compliance, Law & Policy ManagementStrategize, implement, and routinely update HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and alignment with the organization’s operational and structural goals. Leverage deep compliance expertise to ensure all internal HR regulations are standardized, auditable, and aligned with business objectives. Serve as the primary HR liaison for external regulatory bodies, government authorities, auditors, and legal consultants on matters related to labor law, employee records, and overall compliance. Foster and maintain strong external relationships to uphold the organization’s reputation for ethical practices and adherence to all legal requirements, including industry-specific medical laws. Stay current on employment legislation and medical compliance standards to provide timely, strategic recommendations for internal policy enhancements. Coordinate with law enforcement and government bodies when necessary, ensuring transparent and professional representation of the organization. Compensation & Employee Engagement Oversee the execution and effectiveness of compensation structures and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a motivated, high-performing workforce. Internal Regulations & Organizational AlignmentEnsure the Internal Resource Pool is always ready for the future forecasted and unforecasted openings. Collaborate with HR business partners, departmental heads, and senior leadership to align talent strategies with business needs across regions. Develop and manage the national manpower budget, ensuring optimal staffing levels in line with organizational growth and performance expectations. Lead the design and implementation of structured internal regulations related to performance evaluations, continuous feedback loops, and professional development planning. New Branch Establishment & Expansion SupportOversee HR responsibilities during the setup of new branches, ensuring staffing, onboarding, and operational protocols align with the organization’s standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, facilities, legal) to guarantee smooth integration of new clinics within the broader corporate structure. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Drive the strategic direction of CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and organizational values. Experience: Experience should demonstrate ability to head the operations of HR through leadership ability and required skills.
