Job Title: Senior HR ManagerLocation: Infopark, KochiType: Full-TimeExperience: 10+ Years Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance.Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with legal requirements.Use HR analytics to guide decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.Lead change management and organizational development efforts.Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent planning, and organizational development.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.Proven knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR statutory compliance.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Data-driven approach to HR planning and execution.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
