Job Title: HR Manager (Non-Recruitment) Location: Bharuch / Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 10+ years in core HR functions (excluding recruitment) CTC Range: ₹10 to ₹15 LPA (Based on experience and skills)Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee non-recruitment HR operations at our Bharuch and Surat locations. The role emphasizes statutory compliance, labor law implementation, employee relations, and HR policy execution—excluding any recruitment responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead HR operations across Bharuch and Surat locations.Ensure full statutory and legal compliance with:Provident Fund (PF)Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)Professional Tax (PT)Shops & Establishment ActMinimum Wages ActPayment of Bonus ActPayment of Gratuity ActFactories Act (as applicable)Maintain statutory records, registers, and manage timely filings.Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government departments.Handle employee grievance redressal, disciplinary issues, and employee engagement.Oversee implementation of HR policies and procedures.Assist payroll with compliance and statutory inputs.Conduct internal HR audits and readiness for external inspections.Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.Travel as needed between both locations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, excluding recruitment.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).Proficient in maintaining HR records and preparing for labor inspections.Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.Preferred Qualifications:Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent post-graduate qualification in HR or Labor Law.Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or chemical industries.Exposure to ISO, SEDEX, or third-party HR audits.
