Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Officer Location: [Noida] Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Director Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and accurate Support payroll processing and benefits administration Assist with performance appraisal processes and training programs Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in an HR role (1–3 years preferred) Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems Discretion and confidentiality are essential Preferred Attributes: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus Experience with employee engagement and training programs Ability to work independently and as part of a team
