We are committed to excellence and ensuring project success from conception to completion. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Janakpuri. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining applicant databases, developing recruiting strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates Strong understanding of employment laws and company policies Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
