Job Title: HR Executive Location: Vijayawada, Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and administrative HR duties. The HR Executive ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and contribute to a productive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms. Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process. Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts. Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. 2. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. 3. HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital). Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of employee benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. 4. Performance Management Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems. Support managers and employees during the evaluation process. Identify training needs and help coordinate development programs. 5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure company HR policies are up to date and comply with legal requirements. Generate HR reports and analytics for management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) is a plus. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HRMS and HR software. Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Confidentiality and ethical conduct.
