The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Specialist will also participate in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and work closely with department heads to support organizational goals.
